 Surprisingly, no. There are steps you can take to protect against spam. It's a good idea to set up separate email addresses before signing up for the opportunities. I have several including one address that I use for surveys, one for paid email, and a different one to complete offers. I also increase my spam protection by using a free email manager with junk email filters. Contact me if you have problems with any site.
