Don't make the mistake of paying! Paid online survey information is available for FREE.Let me start by saying that this is NOT one of those "pay me for a list of survey companies and I'll promise you riches" sites. On the contrary, you should never pay to take online surveys. This information is available for FREE. There are literally hundreds of companies that will pay you to take online surveys. This site has streamlined that list to include only the best - those that pay well for the surveys themselves and also offer the best incentives for referrals. If
you've never taken a paid online survey, the
process is pretty simple. You sign up for a survey site,
completely free,
and fill
out a personal profile. When that company has a survey that
fits
your profile, they will send you an invitation to take a
survey.
The
invitation will usually include the length of the survey, the
compensation being offered, and a link that will take you directly to
the survey. Simply fill out the survey (which are
usually
quite
interesting) and your compensation will be sent according to site
policy.
For
the most
part survey invitations are
not sent on a continual
basis. Unless you are signed up for a LOT
of sites (which
can
be hard to keep track of), you will only receive one here and one there
(still a very easy and fun way to make some extra cash). But
you
can
make up the difference by referring
people to these
sites. With
some effort, you can actually make
more money referring people than by
taking the actual surveys.
LET'S GET STARTED WITH PAID SURVEYS! - Make sure that you bookmark this site.Sign up for Paid Survey Sites: The first step is to sign up for paid online survey sites. The region column shows who is eligible to sign up by country (INT = International) and the notes will be covered later in the referral section below. I would highly recommend bookmarking these sites as you go.
OK, NOW WHAT?Now,
you will begin to receive invitations from
the free paid survey
sites to participate in surveys. Don't be alarmed if they
don't
come
right away, be patient. It could take a couple of weeks but
soon
enough
you'll start to receive them. Be sure to read through how
these
work.
If you just wanted some great
sites to take paid online surveys, that's
it. If you'd like to learn how to make even more money
with
referrals, keep reading.
About Referrals - First, let's cover the types of referrals:
DUPLICATING AND MODIFYING THIS SITEThere
are a couple of rules that you MUST
follow in order to
have rights to duplicate this site. At the very bottom of
this
site,
you may find a link to my sponsor. This link MUST
be modified
to the link of this site (your sponsor - the site where you found
this page). Second, also at the bottom of this page, you will
find a
link to the originator of this system. This link MUST
stay in
tact, as is. If these 2 simple rules are not followed, then
you
do not
have right to duplicate this site. As long as these links stay, you have
full rights to duplicate this site. Don't
worry,
this
will actually work to your advantage in the long run because you will
eventually become a sponsor.
If you've created a web
site
before,
simply copy this site and replace the referral and email links with
yours. If not, don't worry, it's really quite
simple. You
may want to
print this page out for the next part. If you have any
questions
feel
free to
send
me an email.
The easiest way involves downloading Nvu or Mozilla Composer. Both are "what you see is what you get" (WYSIWYG) editors allowing you to make changes like you would with word processing software. Nvu is a tabbed editor that allows you to edit more than one page at a time. You can download it for free here. Composer is the web page editor that comes with Mozilla Suite (another free download). Both allow you to also edit the HTML code directly by viewing in the "Source" panel. After downloading either editor, copy this site. While you have this page open in your browser, go up to "File", "Save" and save as type "Web Page, HTML Only" to your computer. Remember where you saved it! Now, follow the directions listed under the alternative method below starting with "next, go to the logo at the top of the page". Instead of using the HTML editor Coda, use Nvu or Composer and click the "Open" folder button. Find your file and open. You should now see a duplicate of this page you can modify. Here's an alternative method if you prefer a straight HTML editor. The instructions below should be more than sufficient but if not, visit PageTutor, a great web site for beginners.
POSTING YOUR SITE:Now
that you have your own Free
Online Paid
Survey web site, you need
to put it on the Internet. If you already have web space,
follow
their
directions for uploading your site to the web. If not, Free-Webhosts is a
great
site for finding some FREE
web space. Any
of these sites
should have
complete instructions on how to upload your site. You
need to upload both the web page AND
the
logo.
Note: If you need a good free FTP client, try Core FTP Lite. It allows you to easily upload pages, images, and files to the Internet. Once you've uploaded your site, type the address into your browser to make sure it works correctly. Bookmark it also. Then, check all of the links on your site to make sure they work correctly. APPLY FOR THE AFFILIATE SITES:Now
that you have your web site posted, you
need to apply for the
affiliate programs. Below are the links for the affiliate
applications.
You may have to wait for a while to get your affiliate ID.
Again,
be
patient, they will come. In the event that you are turned
down
for
affiliate status (I don't know why they would), send them and email to
find out why. Make any necessary corrections and then apply
again.
When
you
receive your affiliate link, follow the
same procedures as above, replacing my affiliate links with yours.
Remember, don't replace the links immediately above this
paragraph. Replace the links in the initial sign-up table for
these sites.
Don't forget to upload your site again once you've updated the links.
The next logical step is to sign up for an ad network and replace all of the ad network links. However, in order to be eligible for an ad network, you need to do a few things first. For now, just leave these link as they are. FIRST, YOU NEED TO START PROMOTING YOUR SITE:Not
only will this help you get enough traffic
to qualify for an ad
network, it will also start to generate referral payments.
There
are many ways to promote your site. Below is a quick list to
get
you
rolling. Find more information on free ways to advertise your web site.
Once
you've started promoting, I would suggest searching
the
Internet for more advanced methods.
Now,
the
next
step is optional but will lead to you earning the most
money from your paid online survey site. You
can
simply run your site the way it is and you will generate referrals
depending on how much time you spend promoting. If you really
want
to start making some money, then proceed to the next step.
GET YOUR OWN DOMAIN NAME:You
actually could have done this step before
promoting your site but hopefully by promoting your site for free,
you've started to generate some cash.
You can just purchase a domain name pretty cheap but I would
recommend, if you're really serious, to purchase some web space as
well. If you purchase web space, most places will throw in
the
domain
name for free, plus you will get tons of extra tools as well (search
engine submission, site statistics, web site add-ons, etc).
You
should
be able to get good web hosting from between $5-$10 per
month. I
use
1and1.
They
give me tons of
tools and extras with my account but you can also do a search and find
any number of web hosting services.
APPLY FOR AN AFFILIATE NETWORK:Now
that you have your own domain name and
hopefully, enough
traffic (again, the traffic exchange system above is a quick
way to generate enough traffic), you can apply for an ad
network. I
would recommend signing up for
CheckMyStats first.
They list many surveys sites.
Once you have been accepted by CheckMyStats, login to your account and start choosing "campaigns" (survey sites) that you wish to use. Follow the same procedures as above by replacing my ad network links with yours. Most of the campaigns will have the entire code for a banner. To extract just the link code that you need, look for the line that starts with <a href="http: and ends with ">. Replace all of my ad network links in the survey table with yours. Next, make sure you select the CheckMyStats affiliate program. Then, go through and replace any CheckMyStats links in this site with your CheckMyStats affiliate link. You can also do the same for the other ad networks - Gozing Network and OffersQuest. OffersQuest has a traffic minimum of 3000 hits per month. Let me again stress that after you modify your site you need to upload it to your web host and you should definitely check all of your links. MODIFY THE REST OF THE LINKS:There
are several other links that you can
modify within this site. If
you've duplicated the other systems, find the Traffic Exchange
System, IPTL System, and Paid Email Systems
links and
replace them with your own. The last link that you will want
to
replace
is the recommended web hosting link. If your web hosting
service
offers
a referral or affiliate link, then replace my recommended link with
yours.
Modify your sponsor link - At the very bottom of this page you will find a link to your sponsor. You MUST modify the link to your sponsor with the link to the site you are copying this from. You can copy it from the address bar in your browser and paste it over the sponsor link below. Also, the small link at the very bottom of the page (after Brought to you by:) MUST stay as is. CUSTOMIZE YOUR SITE:Now
that you've got your Free
Online Paid
Survey site up and running
the only thing left to do is to customize it for yourself.
This
is not
necessary but can be fun and will add your own personal touch to your
web site. You can also add other free online paid survey
sites to
the
list or add other paid advertising from your ad
networks. The
"what you see is what
you get" editing platform of Nvu
or Mozilla
Composer makes this simple. Changing colors, adding tables,
and
modifying links is a breeze. If you
would like more information on HTML, PageTutor is a great
site with a good beginners tutorial. It also contains a
"color picker" and "font guide". Just remember that you may
NOT
eliminate
your sponsors link or the originators link below. Don't
worry,
this
will actually work to your advantage in the long run because you will
eventually become a sponsor.
Good luck with your new paid online survey site!My
