You will need more than one email address. I have separate addresses for surveys, paid email, and free offers. Since most Internet Service Providers (ISPs) offer multiple accounts, check with them first. Some free email services do not work well because they tend to label the majority of messages as spam and block them. Also, some programs will not accept AOL email addresses (I've experienced this) due to bouncing messages.
