When using traffic exchanges, keep your site design and load time in mind. Surf time is limited to 15 - 30 seconds so make sure your page loads quickly. A good tip here is instead of directing visitors to your main page, design a short attention-getting "splash" or "teaser" page inviting the surfer to open your page in a new window. Here's an example of a splash page.
